In our demo system and training videos, we present the Centerville Community Center, who also works closely with the Centerville Arts Center. Each of these organisations has its own Microsoft Exchange system; one is on premises while the other is in Microsoft 365.
Since they work on a lot of projects together for the community, they often have to meet to plan events. It used to be a fairly tedious task – check with people on both sides to see when they were available, check the availability of the rooms in each organisation, and then hopefully find some common availability quickly.
